ABNB Federal Credit Union is seeking to fill a Part Time Peak Time Member Service Center Representative for the Member Service Center located inside the Corporate Office at 830 Greenbrier Circle in Chesapeake, VA 23320.
The Member Service Center Representative will assist members and potential members with their telephone requests, answer questions about products and services, and resolve problems within their authority. Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members. Maintain member account information on computer system. This position will have a regular shift of 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday with alternating Saturday’s.
The successful candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and six months to two years of similar or related experience. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Outstanding interpersonal skills are required to effectively communicate with members both in person and by phone. Need to be able to operate a PC, 10 key calculator, fax, and copy machine.
