What if I forgot my online banking Username or Password?

From the online banking login screen, click Forgot Username or Forgot Password and follow the instructions by providing the required information to confirm your identity.

What do I do if my debit card or credit card is lost or stolen?

To report a lost or stolen debit or credit card, please call 866.839.3485.

To file a dispute, please call 800.600.5249.

To get balance information for your credit card call 866.839.3409.

Can I change my debit and credit card PIN numbers?

To change the PIN number on your debit card, call 866.297.3411 from the phone number listed on your account.

To change the PIN number on your credit card, call 866.297.3408 and press option 7 from the phone number listed on your account.

You’ll need to know your current PIN to change it. If you don’t know your PIN, an email should be sent to [email protected]

Why is there a difference between my account balance and the available balance?

If you use a debit card, when a transaction is processed the amount is placed on hold until it posts to your account. If you made an ATM deposit it is on hold for 24-48 hours.

How do I update my contact information?

There are two ways to notify us of your change of address:

  • Visit any of our conveniently located branches.
  • Log in to your ABNB Online Banking account.

    From a desktop/web browser, Click on More, then click on the Widget Options/Settings icon (shaped like a gear). Click on Contacts then click on the pencil icon to access the Edit screen. Please be sure to click SAVE after each contact change.

    From the Mobile App click More, then the Settings icon , click on Contact then the Next icon to the right of the desired field to access the edit screen, please be sure to click SAVE after each contact change.

    Please periodically review your member contact information to ensure that your address, phone numbers and email addresses are accurate. For your security and verification purposes, it is important that all contact information is current.

    Please send any FPO or APO address change information through the secure Message Center within online banking.
