Clay K. “C.J.” White, Jr., a Hampton Roads native, is a third-generation automotive franchise owner/operator and currently serves in a leadership role at Starr Motors Inc. In addition to his professional responsibilities, C.J. is in his seventh year as a varsity lacrosse coach at Nansemond-Suffolk Academy, reflecting his strong commitment to youth development and community engagement.
He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a degree in Economics and Business and was an active member of the Wilson Center for Leadership in the Public Interest. C.J. has also served on the Board of Directors for the Hampton Roads Automobile Dealers Association, gaining valuable industry and governance experience.
Since 2021, he has been a dedicated volunteer with ABNB Federal Credit Union, contributing his time and expertise to the Asset and Liability Management, Business Loan, and Education, Training, and Recognition Committees.

Marvin L. Brangan is a lifelong resident of the local area and has been a dedicated member of ABNB Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors since June 2005. He currently serves on the Governance and Facilities Committees and chairs the Enterprise Risk Committee. In addition, he serves as President of the ABNB Community Foundation, further demonstrating his commitment to community service and financial stewardship.
Marvin recently retired as President of Professional Tax and Accounting Service of Virginia Beach, a role he held since 2002. Prior to that, he was the owner of Adamson Oil Co., bringing decades of business leadership and financial expertise to his work with ABNB.

Mr. James A. Young was elected to the Board of Directors of ABNB Federal Credit Union in July 2022. Prior to his election, he served on the Supervisory Committee beginning in 2019 and was appointed Chairman of the committee in January 2022. James' professional background includes experience with both large and small public accounting firms in New York City and the local area, as well as 17 years with a major asset management company.
In addition to his role at ABNB, James serves as Treasurer and Board Member of the Virginia Housing and Community Development Corporation. In 2021, he was appointed by Governor Ralph Northam to the Virginia State Cemetery Board. He is also an active member of the National Association of Black Accountants, where he mentors college students and early-career professionals. As an Adjunct Associate Professor of Business at Tidewater Community College, James has shared his expertise in the classroom, further demonstrating his commitment to education and community development.
