Human Resources
Tracy Arnold, AVP of Human Resources, earned the SHRM-SCP designation, while Bianca Sutterluety, Human Resources Manager, and Julie Twine, Senior HR Coordinator, earned the SHRM-CP credential through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). These certifications validate the knowledge, experience, and leadership skills needed to support employees and drive organizational success.

SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) recognizes senior HR leaders who demonstrate advanced strategic leadership capabilities and expertise in workforce planning and organizational strategy.
Training
Ciara Williams, Instructional Design Specialist, recently completed the Learning Experience Design: From Ideas to Impact certification course. The program focused on designing impactful learning experiences that drive engagement, knowledge retention, and meaningful results. Daysha Boyd, Training & Development Specialist, received her MSI Trainer Certification, further strengthening her ability to deliver impactful learning experiences. These achievements enhance ABNB's ability to deliver high-quality learning opportunities that support employee growth and organizational success.
