Since its founding in 1960, ABNB FCU has remained steadfast in its commitment to its mission, providing financial services that improve members' lives and benefit the communities it serves.
From its humble beginnings as ComFive Federal Credit Union, ABNB FCU has grown into a trusted lifetime financial partner, delivering on its promise of honor, integrity, value, and convenience. In 1996, the merger of Amphibious Base FCU and Naval Base Norfolk FCU resulted in the name ABNB (Amphibious Base Naval Base), further solidifying its commitment to community impact. In 2022, ABNB FCU established the ABNB Community Foundation to provide additional support to regional non-profits, positively impacting families and children within the community.
